We had a such great stay at this brand-new hotel. The accommodation was clean, the room was new-fashioned. The breakfast was savoury and varied, featured plenty of meals. It was located walk from the train station, easy for getting around Porto.

I was blown away, by how they could get breakfast so wrong, starting at 7AM yet no bread til 8AM. It took ages for them to turn off the fire alarm while I tried to sleep. I expected a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, but I guess they keep that for the special guests. I just couldn't recommend this hotel.
